These gym based interval and strength training classes have been designed and developed by the two company directors Matt and Alex. 'Burn' is a fun and unique, fat burning, muscle toning, music pumping group fitness class, that will suit people of all age groups and fitness levels.

Each 2m2 'Burn' workout conditions the entire body, activating muscles you didn’t even know existed! We tap in to ALL energy systems, including both the anaerobic & aerobic burning an ultra 17 calories per minute! Our 'Burn' classes are changed regularly and consist of HIIT Training, Strength Training, fitness Bootcamps and even Outdoor Group Fitness classes when the weather is nice
