SELF DEFENCE CLASSES FOR KIDS
KIDS FITNESS

Looking for a unique, energetic and fun group fitness activity to keep your school students engaged during a spare class session or as a semi regular PE lesson?

2m2 Fitness and Self Defence is able to visit your school and provide your students with fun, introductory Boxing lessons, personal self defence lessons (Wing Chun), kids fitness, self confidence, situational awareness, general personal safety and managing stress and anxiety in a healthy way. 

 

Contact us to discuss your ideas.  Our visits can be tailored to suit your individual school needs. We also provide Kids fitness classes, school holiday programs, kids martial arts, youth boxing classes, kids boxing classes and kids holiday activities.

KIDS HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES
SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS

2m2’s ‘Holiday Dragons’ Program is a fun, exciting and energetic way to keep the kids entertained and active during the School Holidays.  Each School Holiday throughout the year 2m2 hold their 4 day Fitness and Self Defence School Holiday Program, with each session lasting for 1 hour.  

‘Holiday Dragons’ is a safe, supervised environment where the kids burn up some energy, learn some valuable life skills and have great fun doing it!

Our core learning outcomes over the program include:
• Respectful listening and learning

• Respect for others  
• Rights and responsible relationships
• Collaborative learning and problem solving

• Team building  
• Resilience  
• Situational awareness

• Confident communication 
• Self defence and fitness skills

• Analysing movement 
• Self confidence

• Healthy lifestyle habits.

Mum and Dad are also welcome to join in, or, just stay for a chat with the other parents while you enjoy a free coffee!

Gym owners
Matthew Osborne and Alex McKay are experienced and qualified Group fitness instructors and Personal Trainers with kids of their own.  2m2 Fitness and Self Defence is located in Thebarton and boasts a membership of community minded people and great amenities.
