2m2 RETURN POLICY
We do not accept exchanges outside of 30 days. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Our return policy is in line with the rights you have as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law.
2m2’s goal is to provide its customers with quality products. Some product images, logos, and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time. To return a product simply contact us via the email address below, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. Returned sale items must be returned to the 2m2 office (address listed on our website).
If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges. Credits or refunds will not be offered for merchandise more than 30 days after purchase. Credits or refunds are not offered for return shipping charges.
